- Learning the "Good Feel" in order to be able to discriminate each aroma.
In-depth discovery of volatile and non-volatile molecules which participate in the structure and aroma of the wine tasted.
- Organoleptic, Multisensory and Hedonic tasting of the studied wine.
- Learning of families of aromas, the Construction of an Olfactory Pyramid.
- Creation of its own olfactory pyramid of discovered wine.

- From natural extracts such as Essential oils, Balm, Concrete, Absolute, Rhizome butter, Infusion, Molecules from "Green Motion" chemistry .... you will build your perfume concentrate corresponding to the molecules felt in the wine.
